Training of Trainers held as a part of CET project!

Training of Trainers within the Project Communicate-Engage-Transform (CET) aimed to enhance youth organizations’ communication skills. By improving these capacities, organizations can develop effective strategies, increase audience engagement, and boost local youth participation. Experienced youth workers came from various countries to learn together, evaluate and implement the e-learning models the project has developed so far. The learning modules, as well as other digital tools were presented to the participants. They, in turn, were tasked with getting introduced to all aspects of the e-module and prepare for the national piloting workshops in the partner countries of the project. Not only does this event helped facilitate capacities of various YOs throughout Europe, it has also helped the dissemination of the e-learning modules to the incoming youth to all participating YOs. Lastly, the feedback received during the event will be circled back to module developers in order to improve the effectiveness and accessibility of the curricula.

You can learn more about the project on the website where you can find the e-learning modules as well.

Want to get involved? Connect International and Generation Why Not, as partner organisations of the project, are organizing a READY-CET-GO workshop in Brussels, Belgium. Find more about the open call here.
