Why do we collect your data?
We process this data for recruitment purposes only in the framework of the project “UpDatAed” and we are storing it in our Applicant Database.
Who do we share it with?
We will share the data internally for the purposes of the recruitment. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles. We will not share your data with third parties, unless your application for participation is successful. In this case, you will be further informed in detail about the processing of your data during the following phases of the project.
For how long will we keep it?
If your application for participation is unsuccessful, CONNECT International will hold your data on file for 3 (three) months after the end of the relevant recruitment process, for consideration in case of substitutions or cancellations of initially selected applicants.
If you agree to allow us to keep your personal data on file, we will hold your data on file for a further 6 (six) months for the same above mentioned reasons. At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your data will be immediately deleted or destroyed.
If your application for participation is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be retained during all phases of the project “UpDatAed”. In this case, you will be further informed in detail about the processing of your data during the following phases of the project.
What are your rights?
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
- access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
- require CONNECT International to change incorrect or incomplete data;
- require CONNECT International to delete or stop processing your data;
- object to the processing of your data where CONNECT International is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.
