The General Assembly of CONNECT International was held online on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. The event was attended by representatives of members from all around Europe who had a chance to exchange ideas, get to know each other better, present their organization’s work and take part in making decisions regarding the functioning of CONNECT.
The highlight of this year’s Assembly was the election of the new president of CONNECT International. Alkistis Giogiou was elected to lead and represent the Network in the years to come. The Assembly was an opportunity for participants to get an overview of the achievements of CONNECT in the last year as well as to discuss and approve plans and strategies for improving the work of the Network and ensuring its continued growth and expansion. Among the documents adopted by the participants is a draft of the Communication and Advocacy Strategy for 2022.
The work of CONNECT is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
