CONNECT had the opportunity to present its work at a meeting of more than 30 municipalities and regional governments from Spain that was held in the Instituto Cervantes in Brussels. The meeting was attended by many local and regional politicians including the President of the Region of Valencia, the President of the Valencian parliament, the regional minister of external affairs as well as by majors and councilors from municipalities who comprise the Valencian region.
During the meeting, CONNECT presented our work and projects as well as advocated for bringing humanity to digital life. We show decision-makers the effects of our work in VR and give them to experience some of the project results of “BITE of Art 2.0”. To demonstrate the real power of digitalization directly from Brussels we transported them back to their city where we showed them work done through our projects.
This event was a good opportunity to meet local and regional decision-makers and advocate for our work to find its way into the work they are doing in their communities.
