On September 26th the multiplier event of the Entrepreneur+ project, organized by Backslash took place in Valencia.
“ENTREPRENEUR+: EXPLORING ENTREPRENEURSHIP BEYOND CONCEPTS” is a project led by the Romanian organization Centrul de Voluntariat Cluj-Napoca, with Associazione Di Promozione Sociale Joint (Italy), Gemeinsam leben und lernen in Europa e.V. (Germany) and BACKSLASH (Spain) as partners.
The objective of this project is to respond to the need for education in entrepreneurship among young people, understanding entrepreneurship not only as the creation of a business, but also as the process to carry out any type of project, both voluntary and associative. In addition, emphasis is placed on the learning process and the skills that youth can gain, beyond the final result.
The multiplier event presented the results of this project, which aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of young people, as well as to generate a favorable context for youth workers to serve as a loudspeaker for young people. Among the resources are Tik Tok videos with pills on entrepreneurship, the board game “Future entrepreneur”, and the manuals ” From idea to business” and “How to finance your volunteer project” to provide a theoretical basis on project management and financing, as well as activities to put this knowledge into practice.
In addition, the event was attended by Arnau, one of the Spanish participants in the training in Cluj-Napoca, in which the methodology “From idea to business” was tested with a group of 22 young people from Italy, Germany and Romania who had their own project idea. In this session Arnau told his first-person experience participating in Entrepreneur+ and how his participation in the project has influenced him both personally and professionally.
This project, with already two years of trajectory, comes to an end at the close of September and does so with the certainty of having had a positive influence on the development of entrepreneurial skills of youth and leaving a set of useful resources with which to continue advancing on this path.
