The representatives of Connect International participated at the event OBESSU organised for its 50th anniversary.
The event featured various panels with OBESSU’s alumni, executives, and activists who told the inspiring history of the organisation—how it developed, grew in numbers, and reached wider audiences over time. They underlined OBESSU’s pivotal role in empowering young people in secondary and secondary vocational education to be active citizens in Europe.
OBESSU represents young people’s needs and interests and fights for the advancement of their rights through democratic political processes, fostering inclusive spaces and dialogue—an approach that deeply resonates with Connect’s mission and values, striving together to enhance youth participation in every sphere of our lives.
