BITE 2.0 has officially started! The project consortium members from Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and Belgium have met within a kickoff meeting. The meeting’s main goal was to enable smooth transition from BITE 1.0 to BITE 2.0 by providing an opportunity for partners to evaluate the success of the previous BITE project as well as to create draft structure of the BITE 2.0 Contemporary Art Business Mode and adjust communication, management and administration tools necessary for a successful project implementation. The meeting participants also visited the “Carme Contemporary Culture Centre” museum, which provided an opportunity not only to see attractive exhibitions hosted there but also to learn more about their work on attracting and engaging new audience by using digital multimedia content and youth-friendly communication tools.
The main goal of the BITE 2.0 is to support European cultural operators active in the field of socially engaged contemporary art in reshaping their work and attracting new socially and politically engaged young audience by using our innovative freeware business model BITE CABM 2.0.
Follow us in the coming months to learn how you can get engaged in this project – no matter whether you are an artist, cultural operator, or a young person interested in arts and culture.
The project BITE 2.0 is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
