Welcome to the project “E-volunteering – building an online volunteering ecosystem”!
Our project aims to enable the transformation of transnational volunteering practices, by using new and innovative approaches introduced through a sustainable e-volunteering ecosystem.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Policy Development Conference on E-Volunteering is a key event within the E-Volunteering – Building an Online Volunteering Ecosystem project, bringing together policy makers, institutional representatives, and young people engaged in policy development.
This conference will serve as a platform to debate necessary policy changes to accommodate the needs of e-volunteering and ensure its recognition, standardization, and legal framework across Europe.
We have already conducted research, developed learning curricula, and built an online platform to support e-volunteering. Now, in the final stage of the project, we are gathering key stakeholders to create concrete policy recommendations that will drive legislative change at national and European levels.
TOPICS COVERED
The conference will covered the following topics:
- European policies and e-volunteering
- National policies and e-volunteering
- Legislative barriers preventing e-volunteering
- Developing policy recommendations
Through interactive discussions and stakeholder collaboration, we will work towards identifying obstacles and proposing policy solutions for e-volunteering.
Who can apply?
We are looking for:
- Policy makers working on volunteering and digital transformation
- Institutional representatives from national and European bodies
- Young people involved in policy-making
- Experts and stakeholders identified through research on volunteering policies
