In January, Backslash implemented a small-group mentoring experience within the ARCHILAB project, aimed at strengthening young people’s employability through e-learning creation.
The mentoring supported VET students in developing practical skills as e-learning creators, using the curriculum and e-learning developed within ARCHILAB as a real-life framework for learning.

Through hands-on and collaborative work, participants explored the full process of designing digital learning content, gaining confidence in using educational technologies and understanding e-learning as a professional pathway.
The experience also served to test and validate the ARCHILAB curriculum and e-learning, with highly satisfactory results in terms of usability, relevance and learning outcomes.

This activity highlights the impact of ARCHILAB in translating digital training into concrete skills that respond to labour market needs and support young people’s professional development.
