COMPASS: PILCROW creates spaces where young people have a say in European policies

How are the decisions that shape Europe’s future made… and what role do young people play in them?

COMPASS (Competitiveness Policy for Accelerating Sustainable Solutions) is a European project that creates real spaces for young people to participate, engage in dialogue and influence the public policies that affect their present and their future.

Through local meetings, civic incubator labs and dialogues with policymakers, COMPASS brings together young people, youth professionals, organisations and decision-makers to reflect collectively on key issues such as competitiveness, sustainability, social inclusion and European democracy.

The project is grounded in participatory methodologies, a diversity of voices and a clear goal: to turn young people’s ideas into concrete proposals that can reach European-level decision-making spaces.

At Pilcrow, we are part of this European journey, fostering youth participation and bringing public policies closer to local realities.

📢 We will soon be sharing open activities, results and opportunities to get involved in COMPASS.Because a fairer and more sustainable Europe is also built by listening to young people.
