Our member from Greece, MoveIt, participated on behalf of CONNECT in the Cedefop conference The Skills Nexus Between Productivity and Job Quality: Strengthening Foundations for a Competitive Europe, held in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The two-day event brought together policymakers, researchers, social partners, and experts from across Europe to discuss the future of skills development, vocational education and training, workplace learning, technological change, and the role of leadership in building competitive and inclusive labour markets, under the perspective of the new technological development and the increase of Artificial Intelligence.

The conference provided valuable opportunities to exchange knowledge on the impact of AI on the future of work, skills needs, and the importance of forward-looking policies and lifelong learning in helping individuals and organisations navigate this environment.
