As part of the ongoing European initiative EmpowerHER, project partners are developing a Virtual Reality (VR) Entrepreneurship Escape Room Game. Built on the Unity engine, this interactive learning tool is designed to address gender imbalance in entrepreneurship by providing young women—particularly those aged 16 to 21 and from vulnerable backgrounds—with an engaging, risk-free environment to develop real-world business skills.

Key Features of the VR Escape Room Game:

• Developed on the Unity platform to deliver a modern, smooth, and accessible 3D simulation.
• Tailored specifically for young women aged 16–21, making entrepreneurial concepts relatable and accessible.
• Players solve interactive scenarios and pop-up quizzes designed around real-world business planning steps.
• The VR game will serve as a centerpiece during upcoming Entrepreneurship Summer Bootcamps, utilizing non-school periods to offer intensive, practical training.
• Offers a safe digital space where young women can test ideas, make decisions, and build entrepreneurial confidence without financial or real-world risks.

By combining gamification, virtual reality technology, and structured business guidance, the EmpowerHER initiative aims to break stereotypes surrounding female entrepreneurship and inspire more young women across Europe to pursue careers as innovators and business owners.
