MoveIt participated in the national-level research delivered by the University of Crete, Department of Sociology and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Political Sciences which examined how youth work shapes and enhances networking practices among young people, while analyzing how these practices contribute to the creation of Social Capital related to employability. The research was delivered through an individual interview, and aims at highlighting the lack of formal professional recognition and institutional status of Youth Work in Greece and how practitioners perceive/experience their roles despite this legal vacuum. MoveIt’s representative had the opportunity to promote the work of CONNECT related to the digitalization of youth work and raising the digital capacities and practices of youth workers, as part of their professional identity.
