From 10 to 13 May 2025 the PASS Festival brought together artists, young people, and citizens from the community to Belgrade to co-create, exchange ideas, and give voice to shared experiences through art and culture.

At Dorcol Platz, participants took part in mural workshops that turned blank walls into collaborative statements, moved to DJ sets that reflected the pulse of urban culture, engaged with hip-hop performances rooted in storytelling and self-expression, and sat down together for open discussions about what it means to belong, to include, and to connect across difference.

The festival was not just a programme of events. It was a demonstration that creativity can open doors where other approaches fall short, and that culture, when shared, has the power to bring people closer, build bridges between communities, and challenge the boundaries that divide us.

Tolerance, inclusion, and unity were not just themes for the stage. They were present in every workshop, every conversation, and every act of making something together.

Big thanks to every artist, facilitator, volunteer, and participant who gave their energy and presence to these four days. You are what made this festival real.
