Description for general use
This project is implemented under Erasmus+ Programme, KA210-YOU – Small-scale partnerships in youth and it aims to enhance the communication effectiveness of local youth organizations by developing and implementing tailored strategies that strengthen engagement with their target youth audience and stakeholders. By improving communication practices, the project seeks to increase youth participation, social media interactions, and the overall impact of youth organizations on their local communities.
An in-depth assessment of the current communication capacities of youth organizations has been conducted, with the purpose of identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Based on these findings, interactive learning modules were developed, focusing on best practices in cross-sectoral communication. Local youth organizations were trained in designing and implementing effective external communication strategies that align with their specific needs and target audiences. Additionally, the project promoted the importance of sustainable communication strategies as a means to increase community impact and foster youth participation and activism. To ensure broad accessibility, a free online platform was developed and hosts the learning modules, allowing youth organizations to continue developing their communication skills beyond the project’s duration.
