Description for general use
The ConnectEd: Bridging Minds, Building Communities project was an initiative aimed at empowering youth workers by providing them with the skills and methodologies needed to support young people in self-directed learning, mental well-being, and community building. The project is implemented under Erasmus+ Programme, KA220-YOU – Collaborative partnerships in the field of youth. The project identified and analyzed best practices in learning-to-learn, mental health, and community formation, developing an innovative methodological framework to help youth workers enhance young people’s competencies in these areas. Additionally, it sought to integrate non-formal learning elements into broader educational systems through digital learning formats. As such, the project succeeded in developing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and resilience among young people while also reducing stress and promoting social inclusion. By training youth workers in innovative tools and strategies, the project aspired to create stronger, more cohesive, and inclusive communities, ensuring that young people had access to the resources they needed to thrive.
