Project overview
GreenSkills Connect strengthens vocational education by aligning VET programmes with the green labour market and equipping educators with relevant green, digital and pedagogical competences.
GreenSkills Connect strengthens the quality and relevance of vocational education and training by ensuring that educational programmes respond to real labour market needs in the green economy.
The project analyses the skills and competences required by green sector employers and uses the findings to develop a new Green Skills Connect curriculum aligned with the DigCompEdu framework. It also builds the capacities of VET teachers and trainers in green, digital and pedagogical competences and creates flexible digital resources that make the learning materials easier to access and use.
