A comprehensive handbook was developed to support youth organizations in adopting Green Organizational Management practices. Available in English, Croatian, and Serbian, the handbook offers practical guidelines on reducing waste, conserving energy, and utilizing various IT tools to implement sustainable practices within youth organizations.

Ten ready-to-use templates were created to assist youth organizations in applying Green Organizational Management principles effectively. An online platform was launched at www.greenit-project.eu, acting as a central hub for youth organizations seeking guidance and resources on sustainable organizational practices. The platform was piloted with 27 NGOs, and their feedback was incorporated to improve the tool’s functionality and usability.
