Safety NET- toward safe and ethical use of digital tools in youth organization work project has main aim to create sustainable support systems for youth organizations to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for ensuring the safe, ethical, and effective use of digital tools in their work. Today, when talking about digital skills and competences we know longer refer solely to the awareness of the existence of digital tools, the basic knowledge on how to use them, or the ability to integrate them in our everyday life. We are now introduced to the challenges of the proper use of the digital tools, in terms of privacy, ethics and safety, and need to face the gaps in knowledge, skills and strategies to ensure them. As such, this project is reflecting the General Objectives of the Programme, as it will support the work of youth organizations around EU and the youth workers engaged in their work in order to address these objectives and priorities and thus achieve the main aim of this project, we are planning to reach five specific objectives.

Green Organizational Management Handbook
A comprehensive handbook was developed to support youth organizations in adopting Green Organizational Management practices. Available in English, Croatian, and Serbian, the handbook offers practical guidelines on reducing waste, conserving energy, and utilizing various IT tools to implement sustainable practices within youth organizations.

Ten ready-to-use templates were created to assist youth organizations in applying Green Organizational Management principles effectively. These templates cover different sustainability areas, helping organizations set measurable goals, monitor implementation, and assess progress in an organized and structured way.

GreenIT Online Platform
An online platform was launched at www.greenit-project.eu, acting as a central hub for youth organizations seeking guidance and resources on sustainable organizational practices. The platform was piloted with 27 NGOs, and their feedback was incorporated to improve the tool’s functionality and usability.
