Description for general use

The project “Sports towards me(N)tal health” is implemented under Erasmus+ Programme, Sport Small-scale Partnerships and it aimed to promote sports as a means of recognizing, countering, and preventing mental health issues among young people, with a particular focus on those facing socio-economic disadvantages. The project sought to enhance the capacity of youth organizations and sports clubs to integrate mental health support into their activities. Through research, evidence-based methodologies, and advocacy efforts, the initiative empowered youth workers and sports professionals to effectively address mental health challenges.
