The Green Skills Connect Capacity Building Training was successfully implemented in Belgrade! During the event the VET teachers and trainers worked together on strengthening their green, digital and pedagogical competences. Through practical sessions, group work and exchange of experiences, participants explored how vocational education can better respond to the needs of the green labour market. The training also created space to discuss the Green Skills Connect curriculum and its role in preparing learners for future green job opportunities.
