CONNECT INTERNATIONAL is looking for a Program Officer to support the daily management and implementation of our activities implemented in Brussels, Belgium.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Board or General Manager, the Program officer will:
- coordinate day-to-day implementation of international and EU-funded projects
- communicate with EU institutions, agencies and international partners
- participate in in-person meetings, reviews, audits and coordination activities in Brussels
- support administrative and financial tasks under Belgian legal requirements
- contribute to preparation and coordination of project applications and reports
- support internal coordination within the Connect membership network
Employment conditions
- The position is based in Brussels (Belgium)
- Continuous physical presence at Connect office is required
- Full-time employment contract under Belgian labour law
- Gross annual remuneration in line with the Highly Qualified Profile category
- Start date: starting the 1st of June 2026
Eligibility and profile
This position is classified as a highly qualified profile.
Applicants should demonstrate:
- advanced professional experience in international project coordination or related fields
- familiarity with EU-funded programmes and institutional environments
- strong communication and coordination skills
- capacity to perform highly responsible tasks
- familiarity with the internal network procedures and functioning
